- Question 4: When should I order my Oksana Couture gown?
Answer: Most Oksana Couture gowns take about 12 weeks to create, so we suggest placing your gown order four months before the big day. Some brides allow six months or more so they will have the gown in hand when deciding on other accessories.
- Question 5: My wedding is less than four months away. Is there any way to get a Oksana Couture gown in time?
Answer: We always try our best to accommodate our brides. We can do a rush order. There will be a small rush charge. Please contact us without delay to discuss your situation
- Qustion 6: When and how do I pay for my gown?
Answer: Oksana Couture requires a 50% down payment at the start of production; the remaining balance is due only when your gown is complete and ready to be shipped to you. You will need an invoice, sent to you or your bridal consultant, in order to purchase a Oksana Couture gown. Oksana Couture uses PayPal to process all payments. It's safe and convenient. You don't need a PayPal account; PayPal can process regular credit card payments.
- Question 7: Who should take my measurements? Can I have my mom or friend do it?
Answer: To get the most accurate custom measurements, have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress
- Question 8: Where can I find a professional seamstress to take my measurements?
Answer: You can find a measuring service in most dry cleaning and alteration stores.
- Question 9: How will my gown be shipped to me?
Answer: Oksana Couture uses UPS to ship our gowns. Shipping generally takes 4-5 days. Gowns are insured for an on-time.
- Question 10: I have fallen in love with one of your gowns; however it's slightly over my budget. Will you work with brides on a budget?
Answer: We try our best to accommodate our brides' budgets whenever possible. Letting go of some or all of the hand beading and lace appliques are the most effective way to lower your gown cost. Let us know the gown you like, what parts of the gown you can live without, and most importantly your budget.

Answer: Your Oksana Couture gown will be custom made based on measurements taken by a professional seamstress. As a result the gown will fit great but alterations sometimes should be necessary.

Answer: A. No. There is no exchange or returns, and all sales are final. Please read our policy.
